- Personal details — full name, father's name, mobile number, email address, residential address.
- Financial information — loan applications, EMI schedules, repayment history, investment amounts, and payout records.
- Payment data — UPI transaction IDs, payment screenshots (we never store card or bank credentials).
- Device information — browser type, device type, and IP address for security and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process loan applications, disburse approved loans, and manage EMI schedules.
- To manage investor accounts — activating investments, tracking maturity dates, and processing payouts.
- To send in-app notifications about EMI due dates, payment verifications, investment activations, and maturity alerts.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud on both the borrower and investor sides.
- To calculate and display your internal credit score based on repayment behaviour (borrowers only).
- To improve our app experience and services.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these cases:
- With our authorised agents who manage loan accounts on our behalf.
- With UPI payment platforms solely for processing transactions.
- When required by law, court order, or government authority.
4. Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures:
- All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Login is secured with a 6-digit MPIN (not your bank password).
- Database access is controlled by row-level security policies.
- Investor payment data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 7 years thereafter as required by financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us (subject to legal obligations).

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account (subject to outstanding financial obligations).
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

We use secure httpOnly session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
